My sister Julia was diagnosed with stage 3C ovarian cancer in January 2008. For three years she underwent surgery, chemo and radiotherapy and right up until the end of her life on the 18 January 2011 she showed unbelievable resilience and an amazing strength of character. Julia's six grandchildren have all grown up but they all still talk about her and treasure the time they spent with her and the memories that will stay with them forever.
It is now over 12 years since Julia died - life goes on but it's different now. Gone but never, ever forgotten...you were the glue that held us all together 🙏🙏🙏
Julia’s granddaughter Gracie now has a son called Archie - he is such a handsome and cool dude! How excited would she have been to have a great grandson 💙
Kevin was 80 in January and we did all get together in Covent Garden...it was lovely to see everyone together again and really lovely to see Grandad Ian with Archie.
We’re also getting together in August for a family picnic in Green Park 🧡
Thinking of you Sis on what would have been your 80th birthday - life goes on but it’s different now 💙. (Once again we’re donating to your page instead of sending Christmas Cards)
I like the idea of this Vigil candle which I’ll light again in 12 months time...love you Sis 🙏
For the 4th year running we’re making a donation to OCA in Julia’s memory. It’s hard to believe that it will be 11 years in January since she passed. Another special event in January will be the birth of her first great grandson. Such an exciting time for Gracie and Luke 🙏
